About the Role :

Were hiring Technical Support Engineers ServiceNow + UI Layer (Troubleshooting) to join our User Experience Team.

This role goes beyond tech support its about platform-level troubleshooting for customized, business-critical workflows on ServiceNow. Think part developer, part detective, and part trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities :

Resolve technical issues across web, chat, email, and calls.

Debug ServiceNow platform issues using logs, dev tools, and performance checks.

Collaborate with global teams to improve usability & performance.

Troubleshoot UI / UX glitches and AJAX / API issues.

Share feedback that shapes future products & tools.

Desired Skills & Experience :

Must Have :

2+ years of ServiceNow (Support / Implementation / Development)

Strong in AngularJS, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML / CSS, XML

Good understanding of OOP & SQL

Hands-on debugging, RCA, performance analysis

Excellent communication skills

Good to Have :

ServiceNow UI Components (Client Scripts, UI Policies, Portals, UI Builder)

Knowledge of Virtual Agent & Configurable Workspaces

SaaS / Web App support experience
