About the Role :

We are looking for a Relationship Manager – Premium Accounts who will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our high-value clients. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering exceptional service and customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain relationships with premium / key clients , ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
  • Understand each client’s business objectives and align our services to support their goals.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all client communications, escalations, and requirements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and support) to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports and insights to clients.
  • Track and monitor account renewals, payment cycles, and client retention metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable inputs to clients and management.

Key Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent client-handling and relationship-building ability.
  • Proven experience in managing premium or enterprise accounts.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Educational Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory.
