Role Overview :
We are seeking a Reporting Analyst for reporting and automation of segmentation, targeting, and campaign channel analytics.
This role will play a critical part in supporting marketing strategy and campaign operations across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.
You will be responsible for driving data-driven insights, dashboards, and process automation using tools like AWS Redshift, SQL, and Tableau.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop automated dashboards and reports for marketing performance across channels (Email, SMS, Push).
- Design and maintain user segmentation logic for targeting and personalization.
- Collaborate with campaign and CRM teams to evaluate segmentation effectiveness and channel performance.
- Automate recurring reports and streamline data pulls using SQL and Redshift.
- Ensure accurate data delivery and monitoring through ETL pipelines and QA checks.
- Support A / B testing frameworks and campaign performance diagnostics.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of marketing KPIs such as CTR, conversion, opt-out, and retention rates.
Skills & Tools :
Advanced SQL (Redshift / PostgreSQL preferred).Expertise in Tableau (dashboarding, storytelling, drill-down analysis).Experience with customer segmentation and marketing attribution modeling.Familiarity with AWS ecosystem (Redshift, S3, Lambda) is a strong plus.Python or any scripting language for data automation is a bonus.Understanding of martech tools and campaign platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MoEngage, CleverTap) is desirable(ref : hirist.tech)
