🏭 We’re Hiring | Plant Head – Automotive (Forging & Machining)

📍 Location : Punjab

💰 CTC : ₹32 – 35 LPA

🎓 Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Industrial / Production (MBA preferred)

🧑 💼 Experience : 15–20 Years in Automotive Components (Forging & Machining)

🔑 Key Responsibilities :

✅ Lead complete plant operations – forging, machining, heat treatment & finishing

✅ Achieve production targets with strong focus on OEE, productivity & efficiency

✅ Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001

✅ Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM & continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Ensure zero-defect manufacturing & customer satisfaction

✅ Oversee preventive & predictive maintenance of presses, CNC / VMC & utilities

✅ Lead cross-functional teams & build high-performance culture

✅ Drive CapEx, automation & capacity enhancement projects

✅ Ensure safety, health & environment (SHE) compliance

✅ Control production costs & ensure seamless supply chain coordination
