Job descriptionContract Drafting & Review : - Prepare, review, and revise commercial contracts including vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and IT, Digital agreements.- Negotiation Support : - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to negotiate contract terms that protect the company’s interests.- Contract Lifecycle Management : - Maintain a centralized contract repository, track key milestones (renewals, expiries, obligations), and ensure timely execution and compliance.- Risk Assessment & Mitigation : - Identify potential legal risks in contracts and propose mitigation strategies.- Compliance & Governance : - Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.- Stakeholder Coordination : - Work closely with procurement, finance, operations, and business teams to align contract terms with operational needs.- Template & Process Optimization : - Develop and maintain standard contract templates and improve contract management processes for efficiency and consistency.- Reporting & Documentation : - Generate periodic reports on contract status, risks, and performance metrics for senior management.
