Job description

International B2B Sales Associate

Location : Infopark,Kochi

Experience : 1–3 years in BPO Telesales / Lead Generation / Appointment Booking (International market experience preferred) with Excellent communication skills

BPO experience with international sales pitching mandatory

Qualification : Graduation in any stream (Business / Marketing preferred)

Salary : Rs.28000 to Rs.30, Incentives

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B calls to decision-makers in the International market.
  • Build rapport and engage with potential clients to identify and understand their business needs.
  • Present and pitch company solutions, emphasizing business value and ROI.
  • Overcome objections using consultative sales techniques.
  • Book qualified meetings / appointments for the senior sales team or account managers.
  • Achieve weekly / monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments

Requirements

  • Prior experience in B2B telesales / lead generation / appointment booking (international market exposure preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.

    Pay : ₹28, ₹30,000.00 per month
