Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Panaji. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial accounts, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and performing audits. Day-to-day tasks will include bookkeeping, budgeting, reconciling accounts, preparing tax returns, and identifying cost-saving measures. The Accountant will work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Analysis skills
• Experience in Budgeting and Financial Planning
• Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge, Auditing
• Skills in preparing Financial Statements and Tax Returns
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven work experience in accounting or a relevant field
