About the Role

As a Voice Process Executive in the Lead Registration Department, you will handle outbound calls to verify and qualify leads. You’ll ensure accurate data entry in Zoho CRM and maintain lead quality before passing them to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Make outbound calls to verify lead details

✅ Screen and validate customer information for accuracy

✅ Update and manage data in Zoho CRM

✅ Ensure high-quality leads before transferring to counsellors

✅ Coordinate with the Sales team for smooth lead allocation

What We’re Looking For

🎓 Any graduate

🗣 Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)

💻 Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar tools

🌙 Comfortable with night shift (9 : 30 PM – 6 : 30 AM IST)
