Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated professionals for the position of Manager / Associate Manager / Senior Associate Investor Services / Transfer Agency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investor servicing, operations, or transfer agency functions within financial services.

This is a key role that requires attention to detail, strong client service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of investor services or transfer agency functions.
Oversee transaction processing, investor reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Monitor and improve processes for operational efficiency and service quality.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and standard operating procedures.
Support audit and regulatory review processes.
Mentor and lead junior team members, depending on role level.
Provide support for new client onboarding, transitions, and system migrations.
Assist in project management and technology implementations related to investor servicing.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or master's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.

2-8 years of experience in investor services, fund administration, or transfer agency.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, fund structures, and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with investor services platforms is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in leading teams or projects (for Manager / Associate Manager roles).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with global financial institutions or hedge fund clients.

Understanding of FATCA, CRS, AML / KYC guidelines.

Familiarity with tools like Investran, Advent Geneva, or similar platforms
