Network Engineer

Salary : Upto 4 LPA based on experience

Job Overview :

We are looking for a Level 1 Network Engineer to provide first-line support for our network infrastructure. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalating issues while assisting senior engineers in maintaining a reliable and secure network environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor network systems and respond to alerts or incidents.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of connectivity, routing, and hardware issues.
• Handle user-reported network access and VPN issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 / 3 engineers.
• Assist in applying patches, updates, and routine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and ticket updates.
