Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Tender & Bid Manager to lead our bidding activities across GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement portals, PSU portals, and all government tender platforms. The ideal candidate will manage the full tender lifecycle, strengthen relationships with government clients, and support the company’s growth in the government procurement sector.

Key Responsibilities Manage complete tender lifecycle : search, evaluation, documentation & submission

Analyze tender documents for eligibility, risks, scope & competition to decide participation

Handle GeM bidding, catalogue updates, offer creation & compliance

Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, price bids & supporting documents

Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs

Track tenders, deadlines, bid progress & ensure timely submission

Maintain and grow business from existing government clients

Build strong relationships with government departments & procurement officers

Maintain MIS, tender trackers, bid reports & compliance documentation

Qualifications 3–7 years of experience in government tendering & bidding

Strong knowledge of GeM, CPPP, e-procurement portals & government procurement rules

Excellent understanding of tender technicalities, documentation & pricing

Ability to manage multiple bids under strict timelines

Experience in IT / AIDC / hardware is an added advantage

Strong communication, analytical & coordination skills
