About the Role :
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Tech Recruiter
with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent to help build our high-performing engineering and product teams. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, build robust pipelines, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
MUST HAVE SKILLS : :
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS TECH RECRUITER (1–1.5 YEARS)
SHOULD HAVE AN EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN AN IT INDUSTRY BEFORE
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create job descriptions for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, etc.).
Proactively source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.).
Screen and assess resumes to identify top talent aligned with technical requirements and company culture.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through all stages of the hiring process.
Track key recruiting metrics to measure success and optimize recruiting strategies.
Stay up to date with tech industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
Required Qualifications :
1–3 years of experience in tech recruitment, either in-house or at an agency.
Strong understanding of technical roles and modern tech stacks.
Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other tools
Familiarity with ATS platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills :
Experience recruiting for startups or fast-growing tech companies.
Familiarity with behavioral interviewing and structured hiring practices.
