What We're Looking For :
- 1-4 years of experience in solution engineering, product engineering, or technical implementation in fintech or SaaS.
- Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in : REST APIs, Databases (SQL) and Postman or similar tools
- Proficiency in working with JSON structures for API integration, configuration, and troubleshooting data flows.
- Comfort with writing and reviewing detailed technical documentation, including : Configuration documents, API specs and Product workflow diagrams
- Proficiency in building, validating, and maintaining integration specs, with exposure to JQ, regex validations, or parameter mappings.
- Exposure to lending domain (lending journeys, secured / unsecured lending, compliance, and partnerships with banks / NBFCs) is a huge plus.
- Strong debugging skills - ability to troubleshoot across UAT, staging, and production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and client-facing teams.
- High ownership mindset with a knack for structured problem-solving and driving projects end-to-end.
What You'll Do :
Solutioning & Technical Ownership -
Deeply understand FinBox's API offerings, data flows, and product capabilities.Lead partner integrations : API documentation, environment setup, configuration, credentials, sandbox and staging testing.Write and review configuration specs, including mappings, regex validations, and business logic transformations.Build technical workflows and diagrams to simplify integrations for internal and external stakeholders.Support client and internal teams with debugging and troubleshooting integration issues.Cross-Functional Collaboration -
Act as a technical bridge between product, engineering, and client-facing teams.Capture client and partner feedback and work with product managers to improve the roadmap.Drive process improvements to streamline integrations and reduce go-live timelines.Partner with customer success to ensure smooth post-go-live support.(ref : hirist.tech)
