Salesforce Developer – RMA / Service Cloud Projects
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to support a key initiative focused on RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing within our Services organization. This role will be responsible for building robust, scalable, and time-sensitive solutions on the Salesforce platform that integrate with multiple downstream systems and adhere to strict SLAs.
Project Overview
The RMA program handles customer return requests initiated within Salesforce, which then trigger fulfillment workflows across several external systems. These processes must be resilient, high-performing, and built for quality , ensuring that all requests are executed accurately and within required service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud , Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform services.
- Build integrations between Salesforce and downstream applications using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, QA, architecture, operations) to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure all processes meet performance, reliability, and SLA expectations.
- Participate in code reviews, CI / CD pipeline activities, and release management workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on quality and long-term stability.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce development projects .Strong proficiency in Service Cloud , Apex , LWC , and general Salesforce platform customization.Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, etc.).Working knowledge of CI / CD pipelines , version control, and modern DevOps practices.Strong attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and highly collaborative working style.Nice to Have
Experience building on Experience Cloud .Familiarity with RMA processes , supply chain workflows, or service operations.Ability to quickly understand complex business flows and translate them into technical designs.Who Succeeds in This Role
