🚧 We’re Hiring! | MEP Quantity Surveyor 🏗️

We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a Commercial Building Project (High-Rise / Corporate / Mixed-Use) .

📍 Location : [Gurgaon / Site Based]

🕒 Employment Type : Contractual

🔹 Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial documentation
• Perform quantity take-offs for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, ELV, and Fire-Fighting services
• Review and verify bills, variations, and rate analysis
• Support tendering activities : RFQs, bid evaluation & awarding
• Track project costs, prepare commercial reports, and forecast budgets
• Coordinate with site, planning, engineering, and procurement teams
