Job Title : Project Manager / Technical Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Technical Lead with around 3–5 years of experience in software development and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end software projects, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Conduct use case and business analysis to translate ideas into actionable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and align technology with business needs.
  • Oversee development across multiple technologies (Python, JavaScript, Flutter, DevOps).
  • Architect scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
  • Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
  • Stay updated on AI and emerging tech trends; proactively recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in software development and project management.
  • Hands-on expertise in Python, JavaScript, and Flutter .
  • Strong understanding of DevOps , server management, and deployment workflows.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in solution architecture and business / use case analysis.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken) .
