Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled L3 Storage Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in storage technologies, software development, and enterprise infrastructure. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level storage systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of storage solutions.

Experience : 8- 12 years

Location : Bangalore(Local candidates only) Hybrid Mode – 3 days

Mode of Work : Full time

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L3-level support for storage infrastructure, resolving complex issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable storage solutions and architectures.
• Develop scripts and automation tools using Python or Perl to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Networking, and Infrastructure to optimize storage performance.
• Perform capacity planning, performance analysis, and proactive monitoring of storage systems.
• Participate in incidents, problems, and change management processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across operating systems, networks, and storage environments.
• Maintain detailed documentation of storage architecture, configurations, and procedures.
