Job description
  • RECORD TO REPORT ACTIVITIES : Performs moderately complex activities with respect to intercompany COE, including processing journal entries, rule-based variance reconciliation and resolution, fundamental analysis on Mark to Market related entries and its impacts, completing monthly and quarterly general ledger close activities, balance sheet reconciliation in Blackline, and processing of timely Audit requests.
  • AR / AP MANAGEMENT : Identify process gaps in distribution of invoice flow b / n the trading partners, ensure to make respective Teams responsible and accountable for timely punching of incoming invoices in ERP s, processing of Payment on Time (POT) towards overdue invoices and proper Application towards the same up on the receipt of Cash, perform aging analysis and rollout communication to stakeholders for necessary actions on aged items clearance.
  • POLICY COMPLIANCE CONSISTENCY : Updates and maintains the standard operating procedures and processes on a timely basis and monitors operational compliance with financial transaction recording standards, including company accounting policies, statutory reporting regulations and tax regulations.
  • BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP : Maintains positive relationship with customers, clients and other business partners, responding directly to business contacts or customers to deliver accurate processes.
  • PROCESS EXECUTION IMPROVEMENT : Applies general knowledge of operational practices, procedures and internal controls to identify improvement opportunities in execution to drive operational excellence and data integrity to enable analysis and insight.

    • Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Qualified CA CMA with 5+ years post qualification or Graduation with relevant RTR experience of 8+ years of experience
    • Experience in SAP is mandatory
    • Blackline, One stream reporting tool, JDE will be preferred
    • Advanced data analytical skills for using spreadsheets or business intelligence tools.
    • Experienced leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making.
    • Experienced working with multiple businesses or international business experience.
