Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Operations Manager located in Vadodara. The Branch Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, overseeing financial transactions, and maintaining operational standards. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance branch performance.
