Full Stack / MERN Stack Trainers

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct classroom and lab sessions on Full Stack / MERN Stack Development (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Teach students the fundamentals of front-end and back-end development, RESTful API design, and database integration.

Develop structured lesson plans, lab manuals, assignments, and project guidelines aligned with the university curriculum.

Guide students through real-world, industry-oriented projects and hackathons.

Evaluate student performance through assessments, practical exams, and project reviews.

Mentor and support students in developing employable technical and soft skills.

Collaborate with faculty and the Training & Placement department to enhance students’ technical competency and job readiness.

Stay updated with the latest web development technologies, frameworks, and industry practices to ensure contemporary training delivery.

Assist in organizing coding bootcamps, workshops, and technical events on campus.

Technical Skills Required

Front-End : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux / Context API, Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS.

Back-End : Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, Authentication (JWT / OAuth).

Database : MongoDB, Mongoose ORM.

Tools & Deployment : Git, GitHub, VS Code, Postman, cloud basics (AWS / Netlify).

Good to Have : TypeScript, Next.js, Docker, Agile methodologies, CI / CD exposure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or MERN Stack Developer .

Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is highly desirable .

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Passion for teaching and helping students bridge the gap between academics and industry.
