Job description - International sales Specialist

About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International Sales

Specialist to join our team in the US virtual construction industry. This role

involves identifying new business opportunities, managing high-value client

accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. You will be

responsible for developing strategies, building relationships, and handling

customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify Opportunities : Explore new markets, clients, and partnerships in the

US high-tech construction industry.

  • Develop Strategies : Design and implement plans to access new opportunities
  • and grow the business.

  • Build Relationships : Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships to drive
  • customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Customer Outreach : Make outbound calls to potential clients to establish
  • rapport and generate business leads.

  • Follow Scripts : Adhere to standardized communication scripts to ensure
  • consistency and compliance.

    Skills and Abilities :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (US accent
  • preferred).

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with business
  • teams in various US states.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with basic computer skills and customer relationship management
  • (CRM) tools.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience :

  • Prior experience in the US calling process (customer support, sales, etc.) is
  • highly preferred.

  • Experience in handling outbound and inbound calls is mandatory.
  • Soft Skills :

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.
  • Preferred Traits :

  • Willing to work night shifts or flexible hours as per US time zones.
  • Familiarity with the US market, culture, and communication styles.
