Position : Business Development Manager - US Staffing
Location : Pune (Hybrid Mode)
Work Time : U.S Working Hours (Easter Time Zone)
We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic BDMs for our US Staffing business. Ideal candidate will drive initiatives and will build strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and contribute to our fast-paced work environment.

- The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the US staffing market.
- Responsibilities also include creating and implementing sales strategies, responding to client inquiries, and negotiating contracts.
- The Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to align client needs with staffing solutions while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Qualification & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.4-5 Years of proven experience in business development within the US staffing industry, with a strong understanding of client acquisition and retention strategies.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.Ability to create and implement sales strategies that align with organizational goals and market trends.Experience with recruitment processes and staffing solutions, including workforce planning and candidate engagement.Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new business opportunities.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, we’d love to hear from you!
