About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Developer with deep expertise in building high-performance integration solutions for retail, e-commerce, supply chain, logistics, and shipping domains.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4), advanced DataWeave mapping, and proven experience in integrating enterprise systems such as OMS / WMS, ERP, TMS, carrier platforms, and marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities Design & Development :
- Design, build, and maintain complex integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4).
- Architect and implement APIs using API-led connectivity approach (System, Process, Experience layers).
- Implement integration solutions connecting OMS / WMS (Manhattan preferred), ERP, TMS, e-commerce platforms, and carrier systems.
API & Data Management :
Develop and secure REST / SOAP APIs following best practices.Implement API policies (OAuth2, JWT, rate limiting, throttling, caching, and monitoring).Create DataWeave transformations for JSON, XML, CSV, EDI (X12 / EDIFACT) formats.B2B & EDI Integrations :
Handle B2B / EDI standards (850 Purchase Order, 856 Advance Ship Notice, 810 Invoice, 888 Item Maintenance, 840 RFQ).Enable seamless data exchange with trading partners, suppliers, and marketplaces.Deployment & Operations :
Deploy Mule applications to CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or on-premise environments.Manage CI / CD pipelines for MuleSoft projects using Git, Maven, Jenkins, or similar tools.Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows, ensuring high availability and performance.Cross-Platform Expertise :
Work with Apigee API Gateway for API proxying, security, and analytics.Deploy solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.Integrate MuleSoft with messaging systems (Kafka, ActiveMQ, JMS).Required Qualifications : : Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or related field.
Experience :
7+ years of integration experience.5+ years of hands-on expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4).Strong background in supply chain, logistics, retail, and e-commerce integrations.Technical Skills :
MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Exchange, Runtime Manager, API Manager.DataWeave 2.0 transformations for structured / unstructured data.Proficiency in REST / SOAP APIs, security protocols (OAuth2, SAML, JWT).Integration experience with OMS, WMS (Manhattan preferred), ERP (SAP / Oracle), TMS, e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento), and carrier systems (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.Strong knowledge of CI / CD tools (Maven, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, Runtime Fabric).Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :
MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect Level 1.MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 1 (Mule 4).Domain Expertise :
Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, and E-Commerce ecosystems.Experience in high-volume integration performance tuning and scaling.Exposure to event-driven architecture (Kafka, JMS).Familiarity with microservices design and API-first development(ref : hirist.tech)
