Participate in Agile ceremonies. 4–6 years ServiceNow experience. 2+ years CSM or HRSD hands-on. Strong knowledge of workflows, SLAs, cases, knowledge modules. Strong JSON authoring and SQL skills. Good understanding of prompt-engineering concepts. CSA, CIS–ITSM, CIS–HRSD Agile methodology Experience preparing AI training data
