Job descriptionCollaborate with Product Managers to define and deliver product features aligned with business goals. Translate product vision into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions. Oversee the full software development lifecycle with a focus on quality, performance, and security. Drive the design and development of enterprise-grade applications with high availability, fault tolerance, and performance. Ensure adherence to security best practices, compliance standards, and data protection policies. Architect and maintain systems that scale to support large user bases and complex business workflows. Design and maintain robust CI / CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate with DevOps to manage infrastructure as code and ensure system reliability and observability. Continuously improve deployment processes to reduce downtime and increase release velocity. Leverage tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar to accelerate development, improve code quality, and support team productivity. Promote the responsible and secure use of AI tools in the development process. Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies and evaluate their applicability to the team’s workflow. Lead cloud-native development using AWS services (e.g., EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda). Optimize infrastructure for scalability, cost-efficiency, and security. Work closely with QA, UX / UI, DevOps, and Customer Support teams. Communicate technical decisions and progress to stakeholders effectively. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Total 12 + years of software engineering experience, and 4 + years as Engineering / Technical manager role, owning the software deliverables with quality and timeline, and driving the team towards the project goals Proven experience in building and maintaining ent erprise-grade, scalable, and secure products. Experience with dot NET Core, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, AWS Cloud Services, CI / CD tools and practices Experience managing global or distributed engineering teams. Practical experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf). Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps culture. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS ECS / EKS. Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog). Exposure to microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. Experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment.

We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Product Engineering Manager to lead the development of enterprise-grade, scalable, and secure software products. This role requires strong technical expertise in . NET, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, AWS Cloud, and CI / CD practices , as well as hands-on experience with Generative AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of managing globally distributed engineering teams, fostering collaboration across time zones and cultures.
