Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated
Marketing & Sales Manager
to drive growth across our diagnostics services and strengthen relationships with clinicians, hospitals, and research networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, diagnostic labs, and clinical networks.
- Conduct market analysis and create targeted marketing strategies for diagnostic offerings.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinicians to promote test adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, branding, and client servicing.
- Track and report sales performance metrics.
Requirements
1–2 years' experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical device marketing / sales.Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.Self-driven, proactive, and open to travel.
