Engineer 1 (Power & Electrical)

Job Description :

• Design Assistance : Collaborate with senior engineers to assist in the design and development of electrical systems for drones, including batteries, Harness, BMS, PDU,ESC,Motor and related components.
• Schematic Design and Layout : Assist in creating schematic designs and PCB layouts under the guidance of senior engineers, adhering to industry best practices and company standards.
• Battery System Support : Participate in battery selection and integration activities, learning about various battery technologies and their suitability for different drone applications.
• Harness Design and Testing : Support the harness design process, considering factors such as weight, electromagnetic interference, and durability. Assist in testing and validating harness designs.
• BMS Integration : Learn about Battery Management Systems and contribute to their integration into drone systems to monitor and manage battery health, charging, and discharging.
• Power Distribution Support : Assist in the design and testing of power distribution boards, ensuring efficient and reliable power supply to drone subsystems.
• Testing and Validation : Collaborate with the testing team to conduct tests on electrical systems, document results, and contribute to improvements based on test outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with mechanical engineers, software engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into overall drone designs.
• Documentation : Prepare and maintain key engineering documents, including DFMEA, FTA, DFM, and DVP in accordance with product requirements and safety standards.
• Cost Management : Operate within defined budgets by identifying and implementing cost-effective solutions without compromising on performance or quality.
• Research and Innovation : Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to drone electrical systems. Implement innovative solutions to enhance drone performance and capabilities.
