Oracle C2M(Customer To Meter) Senior Lead - Hyderabad

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle C2M Senior Lead with strong hands-on expertise in CC&B, MDM, DACS / WACS / WAM . The role requires both leadership and technical depth to drive Oracle Utilities projects, ensure high-quality delivery, and provide guidance to development teams in large-scale digital transformation engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee Oracle C2M solution implementation across CC&B, MDM, DACS, WACS, and WAM modules.

Provide hands-on technical leadership in configuration, customization, and integration .

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions.

Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure performance optimization.

Mentor and guide team members on Oracle Utilities best practices and OUAF development.

Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and status updates for stakeholders.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities with strong expertise in C2M, CC&B, MDM, DACS / WACS / WAM .

Proficiency in Java, Groovy, and OUAF config tools .

Strong knowledge of integration, data migration, and performance tuning .

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively with global teams and prepare English documentation.

Preferred Skills

Oracle Utilities certifications (preferred).
