Role Description
Scaling DecisionX requires an ecosystem : cloud providers, consulting firms, integrators, and industry partners. As our
Strategic Alliances & Partnerships Manager
, you’ll be the architect of these relationships, unlocking distribution and co-creation.
What you will Do
Forge ISV, Consulting Partnerships
: Build and scale partnerships with
Capgemini, Accenture, TCS, Deloitte, Infosys
, BCG, McKinsey and other global integrators.
Develop
co-selling, co-marketing, and solution-building motions
with these partners to expand reach.
Negotiate
joint GTM agreements, referral models, and integration roadmaps.
Identify
ecosystem leverage points
across verticals (CPG, Pharma, B2B Tech, Healthcare) and drive measurable pipeline.
Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing to
operationalize partnerships
into revenue.
Past Experience working on Product Partnerships with Key Data Platforms.
Define the
playbook for alliances & partnerships from scratch
— frameworks, processes, and KPIs.
What are we looking for ?
6–10 years
of experience in
alliances, business development, or channel partnerships
in SaaS / enterprise tech / AI companies.
Proven track record of managing partnerships or alliance programs with global SIs / consulting firms such as Capgemini, Accenture, TCS, Infosys, or Deloitte.
Strong network and credibility in
enterprise SaaS / AI ecosystems
Experience structuring and managing
co-selling / co-marketing programs
with measurable impact.
Strategic thinker who can balance
long-term ecosystem value
with
short-term revenue outcomes.
Startup mindset :
hands-on, fast-moving, and comfortable in 0→1 environments.
