As a Happiness Executive / Conversation Partner, you will engage with customers over chat and video calls, helping them feel heard, valued, and positive through friendly, respectful, and uplifting conversations.

Requirements
Minimum education : Class 12 pass (Graduates preferred).Strong command of Hindi and English; knowledge of one regional language is an advantage.Friendly personality, good communication skills, and emotional intelligence.Comfortable appearing on video calls with a neat, presentable look.Prior experience in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.What We Offer
