We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, partnerships, or healthcare operations and a passion for improving patient outcomes through strategic growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, insurers, etc.).
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending healthcare conferences, and online research.
• Track sales and business development performance using CRM tools and analytics.
• Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets as assigned by leadership.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations, industry innovations, and business trends.
