Job Description

• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights for decision-making.
• Lead the implementation of efficient financial systems and processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimise financial planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely completion of audits and address any findings effectively.
• Supervise a team within the Accounting & Finance department, fostering professional growth.
• Provide financial guidance to support strategic initiatives in the Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong hold of accounting standards, GAAP & IFRS.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have :

• A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting and compliance.
• Experience managing financial operations within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
