We are looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer to help shape and elevate GISB's visual identity. While prior experience in sports isn’t mandatory, a genuine interest in the sports industry is essential to create engaging, impactful content. You will be responsible for designing dynamic content for social media, digital campaigns, marketing materials, and more, bringing a fresh perspective to sports education-related design.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic & Creative Design
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and design visually compelling content for both digital and print materials (social media, brochures, website, etc.).
- Ensure all designs align with GISB’s brand identity, maintaining high standards for color, typography, layout, and imagery.
- Maintain and centralize internal design assets ensuring all design resources, including images, videos, and branding materials, are organized and updated in a centralized database for easy access and consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and strategize for various marketing materials across different platforms (web, print, signage).
Motion Design & Video Editing
Edit video content for social media, ads, and marketing materials, including basic color correction and audio adjustments, ensuring all videos are engaging, on-brand, and ready for distribution across platforms.Collaborate with the team to plan, storyboard, and produce video content that aligns with GISB’s goals.Ensure timely and efficient execution of all video projects, maintaining consistency and quality throughout.Marketing Support
Work alongside the marketing team to support and execute digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.Assist with capturing photo and video content at events and seminars to showcase GISB’s initiatives etc.Support the promotion and marketing of GISB events, seminars, and masterclasses aimed at enhancing student admissions.Contribute creative ideas for promotional campaigns, offering fresh perspectives and solutions.Other Support Functions
Collaborate with IOT and GISB on various events, new business requirements, and partner deliverables.Provide creative input across all marketing and communication initiatives for the organization.Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Mass Media, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).Prior experience in the education or sports industry is a plus.Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, and social media tools.Strong design sense with attention to detail in typography, layout, color theory, and animation basics.Core Competencies
Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling skills.Excellent communication and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.A passion for sports is a significant advantage.Ability to work independently and methodically in a fast-paced environment.Compensation
