JD :

We are seeking a skilled Database Developer with strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Linux environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining databases and data pipelines to support our business applications and analytics needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain relational databases and data models.

Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions for data extraction and transformation.

Develop Python scripts for automation, data integration, and ETL processes.

Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies to optimize queries and indexing.

Work in Linux-based environments for database administration, scripting, and deployment.

Ensure data integrity, security, and backup / recovery processes are properly maintained.

Collaborate with data analysts, software engineers, and system administrators to deliver scalable database solutions.

Participate in database migrations, upgrades, and performance testing.

Mandatory Skills :

Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar).

Hands-on experience with Python for data processing, scripting, and automation.

Good working knowledge of Linux (command-line operations, shell scripting, cron jobs, etc.).
