Experience : 3–5 years in Residential Real Estate Broking Business (CP experience)

Role Overview : We’re seeking a passionate Sales Sourcing Manager to join our dynamic Residential Broking team. If you have strong market knowledge, sourcing expertise, and a proven record in converting leads into successful closures — we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Source quality inventory through portals, platforms, and broker networks

✅ Build and maintain a robust property pipeline in the Western Suburbs

✅ Manage client engagement, property presentations, and site visits

✅ Negotiate and close residential leasing & outright deals

✅ Maintain strong relationships with property owners, clients, and channel partners

Requirements :

• Minimum Graduate (Undergraduate also can apply)
• Pref own a vehicle (travel allowance provided)
• Deep knowledge of the Western Suburbs market (Andheri–Bandra preferred)
• Strong conversion skills and consistent deal-closing ability
