Compliance Officer

Our client, a leading 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗺, is looking to hire a 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 for their 𝗚𝘂𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 office.

An ideal candidate should have 𝟰–𝟲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of post-qualification experience, with strong exposure to :

• Compliance and regulatory matters under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and Investment Advisers Act of 1940
• Supporting registered investment companies, BDCs, and other public investment vehicles
• Preparing and managing board materials, filings, and compliance reports
• Developing and maintaining compliance policies, testing, and monitoring frameworks
• Collaborating with global legal and compliance teams on governance and oversight
