    Job Description

    • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy for the company.
    • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
    • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
    • Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
    • Leading employment branding initiatives.
    • Performing sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
    • Participating in job fairs and career events.
    • Building a strong employer brand for our company within the industry.
    • The Successful Applicant

      A successful 'Lead - Talent Acquisition' should have :

    • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in talent acquisition with a focus on the private banking / wealth segment
    • Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager.
    • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
    • A deep understanding of recruitment processes.
    • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases.
    • Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods.
    • Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies.
    • Excellent communicator with a strategic mindset.
