Objectives of this role :
- Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of talented professionals.
- Ensure staffing needs are aligned with long-term growth strategies.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives.
- Create smooth, end-to-end hiring processes that provide candidates with a positive experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to set clear expectations and streamline recruitment.
️ Key Responsibilities :
Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and selection criteria.Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other professional networks.Draft compelling job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each role.Screen CVs, portfolios, and references to shortlist suitable candidates.Organize and attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.Maintain detailed recruitment records, interview notes, and reports to share with stakeholders.✅ Required Skills & Qualifications :
3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Talent Solutions, CV databases, and professional networks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to document processes and stay updated with industry trends.
