Job descriptionOptimize existing AI models for performance and accuracy. Stay updated with the latest research and trends in AI / ML and evaluate their applicability to Document processes, models, and code to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of innovation and Skills and Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related 10+ years of experience in AI / ML, data science, development, architectural or related roles. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools. Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Leadership and Team handing Qualifications PhD in AI / ML-related field. Experience deploying models in production environments using CI / CD pipelines. Contributions to open-source AI / ML projects or publications in top-tier journals / conferences
