We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment and be familiar with working on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions in India.
- Strong experience in IT recruitment, niche talent acquisition, and end-to-end recruiting.
- Ability to create pipelines for requirements and maintain good relations with candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Effective communication skills.
