We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment and be familiar with working on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions in India.

Strong experience in IT recruitment, niche talent acquisition, and end-to-end recruiting.
Ability to create pipelines for requirements and maintain good relations with candidates.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Source and recruit highly skilled technical professionals.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

Utilize various tools and technologies to streamline the recruitment process.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills :

3-5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.

Experience with job portals and social networking sites.

Experience in scheduling interviews and salary negotiations.

Experience working with clients.

Strong experience in niche talent acquisition and end-to-end recruiting.
