1️⃣ Enterprise Outreach
🔍 Identify, reach out to, and engage leaders across GCCs, Fortune 500s, unicorns, and strong engineering-led companies.
💼 Use LinkedIn heavily — outreach, content, engagement, follow-ups, and prospecting.
2️⃣ First Meetings & Discovery
💬 Run sharp, founder-style conversations with prospects.
🧩 Understand org structures, decision-making patterns, and business needs.
🧠 Communicate our value proposition in a simple, powerful narrative.
3️⃣ Enterprise Pitching & Solutioning
🎯 Present our AI skilling and AI talent models confidently.
📊 Tailor pitches depending on whether the client is enterprise, GCC, unicorn, or a mid-size engineering team.
4️⃣ Follow-Ups & Closures
⚡ Maintain high urgency.
📞 Be relentless with reminders, nudges, next steps, and relationship building.
💰 Move deals from conversation → proposal → negotiation → close.
5️⃣ Work Directly With the Founder
🤝 You will work very closely with Raghav on prospecting, narrative building, and enterprise conversations.
🏗️ You will be part of the early enterprise leadership build-out of Futurense.
