Responsibilities :

• Lead the backend architecture using NestJS / Node.js and TypeScript .
• Design distributed systems and data models for high-scale products .
• Define code standards , testing strategies , and CI / CD pipelines .
• Integrate advanced tooling : Redis , Kafka / RabbitMQ , Elasticsearch , etc.
• Own database architecture and data integrity (PostgreSQL + Prisma).
• Oversee API gateway , authentication systems , RBAC , and monitoring .
• Collaborate with frontend (Next.js) and DevOps teams for seamless releases.
• Perform code reviews , mentor team members , and lead sprints .
• Analyze and improve system performance , cost efficiency , and security .
• Contribute to technical documentation and product strategy .
