IT Process Automation (Immediate Joiner)

Experience : 1 to 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Flow Designer.

Location : Chennai

Work Mode : Hybrid

Job responsibilities :

• To be a part of IT Automation Team working on the development of IT Process Automation
• Responsible for implementing automation solutions using ITPA tools, PowerShell, Python, Dot Net
• Responsible for providing insights from incident / service request tickets from ServiceNow and identifying automation opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements
• Ability to own solutions for design and architecture
• Rollout changes in production and support workflows post rollout
• Responsible to create flow charts using Visio or Word or PowerPoint
• Responsible in documenting the SOP for automated process
