Role Overview As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will ensure every customer receives the right guidance and a refined in-store experience. The role requires confidence, attentive communication and strong understanding of customer needs while maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers throughout their in-store journey
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product selections
Maintain knowledge of instore product categories and features
Ensure store presentation and merchandising standards are consistently maintained
Support billing, enquiries and service processes with accuracy
Build positive customer relationships and contribute to store sales performance
Candidate Profile Clear and confident communication
Presentable and comfortable in customer-facing interactions
Language proficiency in English, Hindi and Gujarati
Graduate (creative or design-related education preferred)
Suitable for freshers or candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
