We are looking for a Resident Psychiatrist at Alpha Healing Center

Designation : Resident Psychiatrist

Minimum Degree : MD / DPM.

Criteria : Fluent in English and Good communication skills.

Duration of Experience : Fresher or Minimum 1 years of experience in relevant field.

Salary : As per industry standards

The Resident Psychiatrist at Alpha Healing Center is responsible for the following :

1. Patient Assessment & Diagnosis – Conducting psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing mental health conditions, and determining the appropriate treatment plan.

2. Medication Management – Prescribing and monitoring psychiatric medications based on patient needs.

3. Detox Supervision – Overseeing medical detoxification for patients, ensuring safety, and managing withdrawal symptoms.

4. Crisis Intervention – Handling psychiatric emergencies and managing patients in distress.

5. Treatment Planning – Collaborating with the Clinical Psychologist, Counseling Psychologist, and other team members to create and adjust treatment plans.

6. Family Communication – Conducting weekly family calls and updating status on Trello.

7. Clinical Documentation – Ensuring all psychiatric assessments, prescriptions, and progress notes are documented properly.

8. Consultation & Coordination – Consulting with senior Doctor’s regarding patient treatment plans when needed.

9. Team Meetings – Attending team discussions with the Clinical Team, and other staff to review patient progress.

10. Compliance & Legal Documentation – Signing all admission forms as per MHCA guidelines and ensuring compliance with psychiatric treatment regulations.
