Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET and SQL Developer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, with expertise in Advent implementation and integration for trading systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Trading Platforms, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain applications using .NET technologies with deep integration into Advent systems
Build and optimize SQL-based solutions and procedures to support trading and investment operations
Integrate trading platforms with Advent for seamless data and process flow
Collaborate with business analysts, traders, and operations teams to gather and implement requirements
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and performance
Provide technical documentation, deployment guides, and support handover.

Required Skills & Experience :

5+ years of professional experience as a .NET Developer

Strong expertise in SQL Server development (Stored Procedures, Views, Indexing)

Hands-on experience in Advent system integration (APX, Geneva, or Moxy preferred)

Strong understanding of trading, investment, and portfolio management systems

Good exposure to API integrations, data feeds, and reporting

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders.

Good to Have :

Experience with FIX protocol, Bloomberg, Reuters, or other market data integrations

Knowledge of front-to-back investment workflows

Experience in agile development environments.
