What You'll Do
- Drive merchant onboarding across assigned clusters.
- Design and execute local growth strategies to increase platform activity and user base.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to run field campaigns and remove bottlenecks.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners and field reps.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign and growth metrics.
- Lead and coach a small field team within the cluster.
What We're Looking For
Graduate3–4+ years in growth / marketing / business development or similar field roles.Handson, onground operator; strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building.Datadriven mindset with ability to make quick decisions in dynamic environments.Experience in consumer internet; past FMCG exposure is a plus.Fluency in Hindi; familiarity with U.P. market dynamics.Willingness to travel extensively across the cluster; ability to manage field teams.Skills Required
