We are seeking a passionate Product Designer (Pharma Domain) to join our digital product team. The ideal candidate will blend UX research, business analysis, and product design expertise to craft intuitive, data-driven solutions for enterprise healthcare and life sciences products.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams —including Product Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts—to translate complex workflows into user-friendly designs , while contributing to end-to-end product lifecycle improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain AS-IS / TO-BE data models , Business Process Models, System Integration and Conceptual Diagrams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into wireframes, user flows, and prototypes .
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
• Deliver User Journey maps, Personas, and UI / UX outcomes aligned with Agile methodologies.
• Work within an Agile product team , contributing to sprints, standups, and product roadmaps.
• Partner with development teams to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff and consistent design standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of recent experience as a Product Designer / UI-UX Designer in an IT product or Pharma domain .
• Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD , or equivalent design tools.
• Strong understanding of Design Thinking, User Research, and Usability Principles .
• Familiarity with Business Process Modeling and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
