About the Role
The Service & Spares Coordinator will act as the primary contact for Pharma & Health care customer inquiries related to spare parts, ensuring that all customer needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction & Support
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to spare parts.
- Understand requirements, gather technical / commercial details, and provide timely updates on quotations, availability, and lead times.
- Resolve concerns regarding spares, pricing, or delivery.
- Coordination with Principals / OEMs
- Send inquiries with accurate specifications to principals / OEMs.
- Follow up for quotations and technical clarifications.
- Coordinate for special pricing, approvals, or alternatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with OEM partners.
- Spares Quotation Management
- Review quotations for correctness and completeness.
- Prepare and submit quotations as per company format and pricing policy.
- Ensure timely submission and maintain revision records.
- Order Processing & Follow-up
- Verify customer purchase orders against quotations.
- Forward orders to principals and track acknowledgements.
- Monitor order status, dispatch schedules, and coordinate logistics.
- Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with repeat customers.
- Handle urgent / breakdown spares requests on priority.
- Maintain professionalism and service-oriented communication.
Qualifications
Graduate (B.Com / B.A)Experience : 8–10 years in similar profile / productAge Limit : 35–40 yearsRequired Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Skills
Experience in the spare parts industry.Familiarity with OEM processes and requirements.Pay range and compensation package
