Technical Engineer - R&D / Regulations

Job Brief : We are looking for a Technical Engineer - R&D / Regulations to support the sales team in developing accurate and detailed product information. The role involves assisting in product development, preparing technical documents, and ensuring that all products comply with relevant standards and regulations. The candidate will also coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for testing, approvals, and documentation.Key Responsibilities :

• Understand additive masterbatches and their applications.
• Support product development through sample preparation and creation of Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• Ensure products comply with global regulations and standards for international supply.
• Coordinate with third-party laboratories for product testing and certification.
• Work on REACH regulations, track updates, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, and quality teams to provide accurate product information.
• Build a strong understanding of plastic materials and their applications.Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in R&D, product development, or regulatory compliance within the polymer or plastics industry.
• Knowledge of additive masterbatches, plastic materials, and international standards.
• Strong skills in documentation, coordination, and analytical reporting.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Attributes :
• Hands-on experience in laboratory testing and equipment handling.
• Understanding of material performance under heat and stress conditions.
